2024 Seminar Program Application Procedure
Applications for the seminar program are now being accepted and all forms (see below) in addition to other requested support documents must be received by the JSPS Washington Office by April 30, 2024.
The proposed seminar should be held between August 2024 and January 2025.
The application procedure is as follows:
The applicant must download, complete, and submit the following required documents:
- Application for JSPS US and Canada Alumni Association Seminar Program (Form A) (download) with two main parts:
I) Applicant Information
II) Outline of the Seminar - Proposed Budget Plan Requested from JSPS (Form B)
- CV and publication list of the applicant (in any format)
- CV and publication list of the researcher from Japan (in any format)
Submission of your application must be made to the JSPS Washington Office (email address: was-seminar [at] overseas.jsps.go.jp) with the above material sent as email attachments. We ask that the documents used in your application be formatted to ‘letter size’ paper; furthermore, the size and format of the Form A document may NOT be altered by the applicant.
